FoundersFleet is a private network of founders helping each other build world-class startups. We ask every member to follow these principles:

1. Be respectful. Critique ideas, not people.
2. Keep it confidential. What’s shared in squads stays in squads.
3. No solicitation. Offer genuine help, not cold pitches.
4. Give first. Share knowledge, resources, and encouragement.
5. Stay constructive. Offensive or discriminatory content will be removed.
